The Walkin Blues Duo is an acoustic/electric mix of The Walkin' Blues Band's front man Mark "Harp Dr." Todd, and lead guitarist "Blue" Lou Pucci. While they bring some of the WB songs to a smaller more intimate setting, they also expand into addition classic rock R&B.

MARK "Harp Dr." TODD - VOCALS. HARMONICA, PERCUSSION - Mark Todd started playing music at the age of 13 as a classic rock drummer, that would simultaneously play the harmonica on a neck holder. However, after time and a sudden exposure to classic Blues, playing the harmonica took a whole new meaning and defined what music could be for him.   Stepping out behind the drums and focusing on learning how to play, his skill and style   have become unique in the local music scene. After a performance at a Blues filled night at the Foxborough Orpheum Theater, Mark Todd was featured in a local write up of the event. The description of the performance began with "The Walkin' Blues Band opened with a classic blues set featuring master of the harmonica, Mark Todd whose wailing riffs took the crowd back the Mississippi Delta". A short description, yet speaks volumes to the emotion and feelings that are conveyed to the listening audience  through Individualized techniques and emotions that have been influenced for over 15 years primarily by the likes of Sonny Boy Williamson II and, in particular, Paul Butterfield: two legendary harmonica players with unique and distinct styles. Yet somehow Mark Todd makes his own impressions with the audience integrating these influences with his own life-learned emotions and expresses them through his performance. His dynamic playing, including story telling leads as well as soulful rhythm is engaging and mutually enhanced by the integration and melding of the members of The Walkin' Blues Band

"Blue" LOU PUCCI - GUITAR, VOCALS - This long musical journey started with Guitar lessons at 8 years old. Playing Country songs at 15 at the VFW in Nutley, NJ and also with Country recording artist "Billy Bell". 10 years recording and playing in the 3pc power pop band "JET!" and another 10 years in the 1980's with "The Watch" the tri-states premiere club band, Lou took about 15 years off to raise 4 amazing   kids and do some studio work, playing with many great players including Steve   Holley and Denny Laine of "Wings". In 2005 Lou picked up where he left off and   joined a few cover bands in NJ playing Bass and Guitar until he landed in the   Fleetwood Mac tribute band "Gypsy" for a year then spent another 10 years touring the country with "CSNsongs", a tribute to Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.   Lou retired to Wilmington NC last year and is thoroughly enjoying playing guitar with Mark Todd and the boys in the "Walkin' Blues Band"
